Do you provide setup?
Setup is available primarily in Missouri and St. Louis Metro Setup: We will arrive at your event the day before to assemble your project and will take down after the event. Ask for a quote.
What is needed for the wall structure?
You may rent pipe and drape from your local event rental vendor and we can rent you the flowers to add to it.
Do you require a damage deposit?
All rentals require damage deposit.
If all items are returned with reasonable wear and timely, this amount will be refunded. Items must be shipped back within 2 days of event.
When can we expect delivery?
For large events, please allow 3 months notice for your event.
During the design stage for your event, we will be in constant contact.
What is your policy on refunds?
There will be no returns due to custom nature of each order. However if you are not satisfy with your order, contact us and we will discuss how we can make your happy.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is extra. PK Paper Art offers shipping anywhere in the US.
What payment methods do you accept?
PK Paper Art Accepts Cash, Money Order, PayPal
Prices include sales tax .
Pay 1/2 at booking and the remainder 10 days before event. We will provide you with an invoice for payment.
